HealthTransfer Support
HealthTransfer privately converts supported Samsung Health export data and adds the health parameters you choose to Apple Health.

Please describe the screen you reached and the exact message shown. Do not email Samsung export archives, passwords, screenshots containing private health values, or other sensitive health information.
Before importing
- Use an iPhone with Apple Health available.
- Keep enough free storage for the selected export to be unpacked temporarily.
- Keep the export ZIP files or folder unchanged before selecting them.
- For Samsung Privacy exports, select the complete set requested by HealthTransfer and enter the archive password when prompted.
- Review the detected record types and select only what you want added.
Apple Health permissions
Apple controls Health permissions. If a selected category was not allowed, open:
Health app → profile picture → Privacy → Apps → HealthTransfer
Enable the required write categories, then return to HealthTransfer. Exact labels and navigation may vary by iOS version.
Blood Pressure is unavailable because a reliable permission path could not be established across supported iOS versions. HealthTransfer leaves those records in the source export and does not write them to Apple Health.
Large or interrupted imports
Large histories may take time. Keep the iPhone unlocked and HealthTransfer open when the app asks you to do so. If iOS pauses an import, return to HealthTransfer and follow the on-screen recovery action.
Records already saved use repeat-safe identifiers, so a supported resume continues without intentionally duplicating completed work. If the app reports that Apple Health is unavailable because the phone is locked, unlock the iPhone and return to HealthTransfer.
After importing
Use Open Apple Health on the completion screen. In Apple Health, search for a health parameter and open Show All Data to inspect individual entries. Imported entries identify HealthTransfer as their source.
Deleting HealthTransfer does not delete records already written to Apple Health. Manage those records from the Health app.
Privacy
Your selected export files, individual health readings, and workout routes are processed locally on your iPhone and are not uploaded to HealthTransfer. Limited account, purchase, app-event, and aggregate import information may be processed to operate and improve the service. Read the full HealthTransfer Privacy Policy.
